About Us
Island View Community is a small lakefront homeowners association on the shores of Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton, Connecticut. With just 19 seasonal and year-round homes, we’re a close-knit, self-managed community where neighbors know each other by name.
Our Community
Residents enjoy a private beach, community docks, and a gazebo overlooking the lake — plus swimming, boating, and easy access to East Hampton’s shops and restaurants. It’s a quieter, more affordable alternative to owning a standalone waterfront home, without giving up the lake life.
